The Audit team, deputed by CII, is the best audit team we ever had at our gas processing plant, the giant Plant of Asia. The team comprised of the best industry experts from different sectors. Mr Viswanadham, who was heading the team is the best consultant. I have met in last 34 years of my industrial professional life. He has vast practical knowledge regarding Safety, Environment Management, Energy Conservation, Corporate Social Responsibility Sustainability, Petro-chemical Process control systems, latest statutory guidelines and all associated aspects of best industry practices. He is very gentle, soft spoken, full of humility but equally firm about his views with full clarity on the subjects. I learnt so many qualities from him during my close association with him as Head HSE of ONGC Hazira Plant. Complying to various suggestions proposed him, we made tremendous improvement including Zero liquid discharge for plant and continuous online monitoring of effluent and stack emissions etc. In spite of my busy routine, some how i try to keep my communication live with him as i get professionally motivated and feel contented to have learnt some thing new.
